In the footsteps of "heroic viticulture", Potamissi is crafted from old indigenous vines of the homonymous variety, following traditional techniques from ancient times in the region, we cultivate the vineyards in a sprawled form (bush vines), crawling on the ground in schist-limestone soil, at an altitude of 520 meters.
Vinification occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by natural clarification and bottling without filtration
